Fans Showing their Love for Layne and Mike on Facebook

There are a few really amazing Facebook communities dedicated to Mike Starr and Layne Staley and even one dedicated to them both that I wanted to share on this website. These are people who really admired them as musician and have put a lot of time into sharing personal stories, pictures and videos including Mike Starr’s sister Melinda Starr and other friends and family.

I’m an active member in a few of these groups and a passive member in a few but I appreciate them all.  I’ve found sharing my memories with people who also care about them is therapeutic. Some of the members knew them personally and some didn’t.. but ALL of them have been touched by their music and that is what matters. The music and the artists who created that music. The music is still alive. Grunge is not dead. ((wink))
